This Central Illinois yard is a stunning oasis with a spa-like vibe and an abundance of colorful blooms. This Midwest client was looking for help designing around their pool, and improving the flow and function of their yard. Design wishlist items included colorful, flowering plants, creating a patio area around the pool, improving backyard lighting, adding an outdoor fireplace, and reconfiguring their current outdoor kitchen.

Ojai, CA

This backyard is shaping up to be the ultimate at-home entertainment spot. This client was looking for a California Modern aesthetic with native low-maintenance plants and a green and gray color palette. Wishlist items included reimagined fencing, an entertainment area with plenty of seating, a plunge pool and outdoor shower, lighting, and extra potted plants.

Orient, NY

This jaw-dropping design was created for a Long Island Area new-build home. Adding fencing, a pool, a low, wood deck, an expansive, no-mow lawn, an outdoor kitchen, an entertaining area, and a firepit were top priorities for this client.

Los Gatos, CA

Nestled in a historic neighborhood complete with beautiful front gardens and white picket fences, these Los Gatos homeowners turned to Yardzen to beautify their yard and add functional outdoor living space. Wishlist items included improving privacy in the backyard, creating a comfortable shaded eating area complete with an outdoor kitchen, adding an area for a round hot tub, and increasing overall curb appeal.

With Yardzen’s new Outdoor Transformation package, this New England client tapped our expert exterior and landscape design team to completely reimagine their Massachusetts home. They wanted to create a Cape Cod coastal look with a total overhaul of their home and barn, complete with replacing all of their landscaping, creating new pathways, and adding a firepit with a pergola.

For this Seattle-area home, the homeowners purchased Yardzen’s Curb Appeal package, which bundles our landscaping design services with an exterior design for the front of your home. Their vision: to reimagine this tract home into a modern farmhouse inspired by Magnolia.

This Arizona client was looking to transform their dusty, outdated yard into a relaxing oasis. They also wanted low-maintenance, low-water plants that were kid-friendly.

Looking to transform their outdoor space, this Texas client purchased the Full Yard package to transform their large property. Creating a relaxing space to entertain, with lush but easy to maintain plantings was top of mind. Wishlist items included an in-ground pool that felt organic to the space, a firepit area, a screened in pergola, an outdoor shower, beautiful pathways through the property, and a pond to help with drainage issues.

This Oklahoma client chose our Outdoor Transformation package to reimagine the exterior of their 1929 English-Tudor-style home. A fresh coat of paint (Benjamin Moore White Dove), new windows, and fully reimagined landscaping completely transform the front facade of their home.

For the backyard, our experts reimagined the space with an outdoor kitchen with a seating area, a conversation area around a fire pit, and garden beds in the unused space behind the garage. We kept plenty of grass for the dog to play (and made sure plants were dog-friendly as well).
